Termination

Opening and Using a Store

By opening your store on WuW, you are deemed to have accepted that you are subject to the local laws of your country. You are responsible for submitting any legal and/or tax-related documents and/or information to local authorities.

By opening a store on WuW, you agree that you are the owner of the store and that you hold the legal rights of the store, and you agree to share legal documents supporting store ownership with WuW upon request. WuW reserves the right to cancel your store service without a valid reason. Store owners and/or users may not sell illegal products or services prohibited by local authorities. By accepting this document, you agree to comply with the local laws/rules/regulations of the country/region where the store or service you shop from is located.

WuW does not accept any responsibility as a result of illegal transactions carried out between stores and store customers through the use of WuW. Each store on WuW is free to provide customers with unique services/products. Customers using WuW agree to use WuW by using the internal chat application with special functions in order to receive services/products from stores on WuW.

WuW may charge stores or users at any time by providing the fee amount prior to completion of the service transaction. WuW may enable stores and customers to make payments between stores and customers.

WuW reserves the right to hold payments in its bank accounts for a certain period and then transfer the transaction amount to store owners after deducting required fees or other payments (if any). In the event of any complaint due to any payment/service/transaction, WuW reserves the right to cancel the payment transfer until the issue is resolved.

By continuing to access or use our Service after these revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
